Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. For orders placed and paid for on-line you will be directed to PayPal or WorldPay website where payments can be made by Paypal, JCB, Maestro, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Credit, Visa Electron. Payments can also be made by Cheque when using the payment by post option. Please note payment must be received before the goods are dispatched. Shipping And Handling We ship to all countries in the The Channel Islands, America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. WE NO LONGER SHIP ORDERS TO EUROPE. We will normally send your order to you in within 3-5 business days stock level permitting. Small items upto 2kg are sent via Royal Mail. Large items (kits etc) up to 30 kg are sent via Parcel Force or alternative carrier subject to cost. Please note that kits are sometimes dispatched direct from the manufacturer. |
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in within 3-5 business days stock level permitting. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 -5 days, stock levels permitting. Despite our best efforts, from time to time some items do temporarily run out of stock. If your order contains an item(s) that are out of stock, we will, at our discretion, wait until all items are in stock before processing your order or send the in stock items to you with the out of stock items to follow at a later date - you will not be charged extra P&P for this. You will receive a confirmation e mail for your order and we will not contact you again unless there is a problem with your order. |
