Thermopylae

In the early part of 2023 I was commissioned to finish off the above model from an early boxed kit, the project had already been started so the first thing was to assess the work carried out so far up to point I could carry on with the build. As you could imagine the build was slow and steady as with all kits adding extra detailing where possible along the way, the remit was to also add furled sails supplied by the customer.

Overall this was a very satisfying build and with the additional detailing and furled sails certainly makes a very attractive looking model, we also supplied the bespoke display case to protect the model in the future.
